For UK companies you will need a registered office address where legal and statutory documents (e.g. from companies house & HMRC) can be received and brought quickly to the attention of the directors. Because you may wish to keep this separate from your business address, Jordans International will provide an official address for this purpose.
For offshore companies you will need to appoint a local registered agent. In all new cases we will provide the registered agent office facility for your company.
